The direct finance and construction of luxury apartments in an active adult community is the primary business of Lifestyle Georgia Active Adult Community.

Management will use the continuous stream of rental income for reinvestment and profit stability of the company.

Management will develop a competitive pricing strategy that will determine the fair market rental rate of each unit based on its capitalization rate along with the market values of rental property.
