The Mega PLEX, a two level, 200,000 square foot building will house a barber and beauty shop, a spa for manicures, pedicures, and body massages, a restaurant, coffee shop, Bath & Body Works, and a post office for picking up and dropping of packages and mail.

There will be a ballroom for social gatherings throughout the year.

Additional amenities will include a theater, two proposed 18-hole golf courses, outside pools, nature trails, greenhouses, tennis courts, softball fields, a football field, and a track. An automatic “do-it-yourself” car wash will also be available for residents.
